Yogi Tea
This tea has a home in my heart. I grew up on the outskirts of the Kundalini Yoga tradition. Yogi tea is a classic staple in the homes of many yogis. It is not only tea you are making when you make this tea but it is also the aromatherapy from the tea. In India these classic Chai spices are important detoxing spices, they are anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and warming.
