A classic dressing and easy dressing that tastes good on pretty much everything. I remember Tahini was one of those exotic ingredients that vegetarian in the 80’s would put all over there macrobiotic style meals. Today it continues to be a main stay in easy to make delicious dressings. Sauces and dressings are an important element in eating well, simply, and deliciously so don’t under estimate a good sauce. If you are eating a simple diet you may find that those steamed vegetables or salads become nothing less the heavenly with the delight of the right dressing.
Lemon-Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
- ½ C Tahini
- ½ C filtered water
- 2 T lemon juice, the juice of one lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tspn salt
- 2 T minced parsley
Instructions
- Combine all indredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds OR
- Do it the old fashion way and combine and whisk all the ingredients.
- Store in glass jar.
- Enjoy.
